Creotech Instruments S.A. is a Polish manufacturer and integrator of satellites and satellite systems. Using our proprietary HyperSat platform, we design, manufacture, integrate and test satellites, and also support their launch and in-orbit operations. We carry out advanced space programmes, including in the fields of Earth observation for defence and dual-use applications, space situational awareness, and enhancing the resilience of navigation systems. We have our own electronics manufacturing facility and a small satellite integration facility certified by the European Space Agency (ESA). What we’re looking for

Specific areas of expertise This recruitment is for a few vacancies that require expertise in the following areas Knowledge and practical experience in EMC and RF fields Knowledge and practical experience with Power subsystems Knowledge and practical experience with software and encryption for embedded solutions

Responsibilities:

• Leading systems engineering efforts in satellite projects throughout the entire system lifecycle
• Performing mission and system level trade-off analyses
• Preparing and oversight of technical documentation
• Technical management of subcontractors and partners within project consortiums

Basic qualifications:

• Solid understanding of space systems (at least 3 years of experience in space industry in relevant projects);
• Fundamental technical understanding in the following domains: electronics, mechanics, thermal control, software (including FPGA), orbital mechanics;
• Well established understanding of systems engineering processes;
• Hands-on experience in requirements definition and management using Doors-like requirements management tool
• Experience in creating technical documentation according to ECSS;
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure;
• Very good English in speaking and writing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in working on systems with flight heritage (TRL 9);
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE);
• Practical experience with MBSE;
• Experience in working with European Space Agency, European Commission and European Defense Agency.;
