Responsibilities

Team teach and collaborate with your co-teacher:

• Provide care and supervision for young children, ensure their safety and well-being. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that enhance their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Help with curriculum development by contributing ideas for lessons that align with Montessori principles. Manage classroom behavior using appropropriate strategies.
• Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies as needed to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

Experience

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• BA in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience working in daycare or preschool settings is a must.
• Pass a background check.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
