Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of college, with no back subjects
- At least 6 months of BPO Customer Support Representative experience
- Open to non-native Spanish speakers only
- Good English and Spanish communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Giga/Taguig
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable handling customer concerns through voice or other support channels
