Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing
• At least 6 months of customer service experience as a Spanish Bilingual Representative, OR 1 year of experience in a Spanish-speaking role
• Fresh graduates or candidates without Spanish-related work experience may also be considered if they have strong Spanish communication skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
• Amenable to shifting schedules
