Spanish Bilingual Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling Spanish-speaking customer inquiries, providing assistance and solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

● Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues in Spanish and facilitate satisfactory resolution.

● Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
● Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
● Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources.

Qualifications:

● Must be proficient in Spanish language

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● With experience in customer service and willing to relocate to Clark Pampanga
