Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot issues involving electrical systems, solar power, and battery storage.
• Guide customers through step-by-step technical troubleshooting procedures.
• Explain technical concepts clearly and document cases using internal tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns efficiently.

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related course
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• With 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support in BPO/call center
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuits, breakers, wiring, solar power, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, troubleshooting scripts, or technical support portals is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City and work on a night shift schedule.
