Spanish CSR - Taguig

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years in college
• At least 12 months BPO/customer service experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English – speaking and comprehension
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and assistance in Spanish and English
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and update account information
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets
