Position: Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: Sheikh Zayed, Egypt
Candidate Requirements
- Spanish and English proficiency: B2+ / C1
- Graduates and dropouts are eligible
- Maximum age: 45
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: 18,000 EGP net
- Language Allowance: 10,000 EGP net
- Transportation Allowance: 4,000 EGP net
- KPIs: $100
- Total package: Up to 37,000 EGP net, including KPIs
Working Conditions
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Account Type: Inbound / Outbound
- Payroll: Every two weeks
