We currently have an opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English and Spanish) at Alorica Bulgaria.

Location: Sofia office

Working Hours:

Fixed shift from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM.

Days Off:

Fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Core Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email with high accuracy.
• Manage and de-escalate complex or escalated cases using diplomacy.
• Maintain a high level of professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Ability to work from Our Sofia office.
