Spanish Customer Support - US Banking Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient way, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Job Requirements :

• B2 level Spanish language proficiency (written & spoken).
• 0-5 years of experience in international voice process or similar role.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
