Associate (Spanish Language)

Location-Noida 144

Working Days-5 (Rotational)

10 hours shift

One way cab for odd hours

Salary- up to7 LPA

Eligibility

• Spanish language proficiency preferred (typically B1/B2 level certification)
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal
• Experience- Min 1 Year in Spanish Technical Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) IT support to users through phone, email, and chat.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting tickets.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers regarding technical issues.
• Log, track, update, and escalate tickets when required.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to:
• Windows operating systems
• MS Office applications
• PC hardware and peripherals
• Network connectivity
• Password resets and account access
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills:

Spanish language proficiency (B1/B2 preferred).

Good customer service and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of: Windows OSMS Office Hardware and software troubleshooting IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts

Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 24/7 support environment.
