Position: Spanish IT Support Specialist

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino candidate with Spanish and English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Open to Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s degree holders.
At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Service Desk, or a related position.
Must be currently residing in Metro Manila.
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing excellent customer service.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in both Spanish and English.
Document customer concerns and technical resolutions accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary.
