JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Filipinos who speak conversational to fluent in Spanish.
• Open to associate degrees.
• Open to undergraduate as long as 2 years have been completed.
• No Spanish work experience is required as long as can converse in Spanish language.
• No Customer service experience required but having CSR exp is a big advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge in general inquiries about bank transaction of Spanish speakers
• Accepts calls, Email and chat from Spanish living in the US
• Use Spanish Language and English at the same time
• Forward to the appropriate department for complicated questions
• Assist customers with general bank inquiries such as:
• Answer customers about the nearest bank
• Provide information about operating bank horse and even its services
• Customer asking about bank's fund transfer charges
• Providing information to caller about maintaining balance for savings
• Guide customer how to open a savings account
• Guide customer the step by step process to open an account
• Perform other related tasks
