Spanish Proctor

Key responsibilities

• Remotely proctor a variety of high stakes exams
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all exams administered
• Promote and maintain the highest level of exam security
• Write detailed reports and correspondence for all incidents encountered during an exam
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly queue performance reporting
• Assist in responding to Customer Service calls and live chat as needed
• Work and communicate effectively with various levels of management

Qualifications:

• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
• Willing and able to work on either day or night shifts
• Willing and able to work onsite
• Willing and able to be part of Part-Time Engagement
