Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who is proficient in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of BPO Quality Assurance experience, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of quality management and testing practices.

Qualifications

College graduate or completed at least two years of college with no back subjects

Minimum one year of solid BPO Quality Assurance experience

Proficient in both English and Spanish

Open to non-native Spanish speakers only

Willing to work onsite in Taguig

Knowledge of Quality Assurance terminology, methodologies, and tools

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace including Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive

Knowledge of testing best practices, version control, and defect management

Good understanding of industry standards and company policies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and diligent

Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits and evaluate customer interactions and processes against established standards

Identify quality issues, process gaps, and areas for improvement

Document and report quality findings accurately

Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Maintain accurate quality records and reports

Provide insights and recommendations to improve quality and process performance

Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality-related projects
