Spanish Speaker

We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Agent to join our team. The role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with various requests such as medication refills, document requests, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments.
• Process customer requests, including medication refills and document requests.
• Assist with general customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Chavacano proficiency is also acceptable.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
