Your Potential Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, email and/or live chat.
• Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with international teams and follow established service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 or native level).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer literacy.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centres is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Valid documentation and legal authorisation to work in Portugal.
• Interest in Customer Service opportunities in the Lisbon area.
