ABOUT THE COMPANY

We operate as an integrated healthcare model, combining an independent LTC pharmacy, telehealth physician services (not open to the public), and remote patient care coordination. As a growing ecosystem, we are expanding nationwide, currently operating in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Our focus is on improving medication management, adherence, and overall patient outcomes through coordinated, technology-driven care.
