About the role

Your main role will be texting, chatting, and communicating with users/clients in a natural, engaging way. This is not a heavy admin role — it's more about conversation, engagement, and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Chat and engage with users in Spanish & English
• Send messages, replies, and follow-ups
• Maintain fast response times
• Help keep conversations active and engaging
• Follow simple scripts and improvise naturally when needed

About you

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and speaking)
• Good communication and conversational skills
• Fast typer and responsive
• Reliable internet
• Can follow instructions but also think independently
