Spare Parts Controller

Job Summary

The Spare Parts Controller is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate spare parts inventory records, controlling stock movements, and ensuring that all spare parts transactions are properly recorded in the company's system. The position coordinates with warehouse personnel, technicians, purchasing, and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy, prevent stock discrepancies, and support efficient spare parts operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts in the company's system.
• Record and verify incoming, outgoing, transferred, and returned spare parts transactions.
• Ensure that all spare parts transactions are supported by proper documentation and authorization.
• Conduct regular inventory monitoring and participate in physical stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with concerned personnel to resolve issues.
• Monitor stock availability, movement, and inventory levels to identify shortages, excess stocks, and slow-moving items.
• Verify spare parts codes, descriptions, quantities, and other relevant information before processing transactions.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement summaries, and discrepancy reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, technicians, purchasing, and other departments regarding spare parts availability and inventory concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation and updating of inventory records in a timely manner.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize stock losses, encoding errors, and unauthorized stock movements.
• Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of inventory and company transaction records.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Preferably with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, spare parts management, or stock monitoring.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
• Honest, responsible, and capable of following established company procedures.
• Willing to coordinate with different departments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
