Spare Parts Estimator

Our company, a service center specialized in super sports car marquis Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Audi, Lamborghini, Volkswagen, Rollys Royce, MacLaren, Bentley and Aston Martin is in urgent need of Spare Parts Estimator.

Job Description:

· Evaluate and check for necessity and cost of repairs to the automobile.

· Estimate and list repair and labor costs in a comprehensible order.

· Prepare damage reports and obtain relevant signatures and authorizations.

· Review vehicle and final bills as a part of the intrinsic quality check process.

· Estimate and furnish repair and labor costs and calculate overall customer payment.

· Collect insurance estimates after reviewing extent of auto damage and resolve replacement and repair requirements.

· Draft work order consisting of required repair services after approvals and enter the order into work management system.

· Make sales Invoices – for internal and external

· Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost

· Preparation of quotations.

· Replying to parts email from Info

· Source external sell clients

· Invoice parts to the jobs and responsible for maintaining parts inventory with correct locations.

· Stock regular moving parts and listing cost for approval.

· Monitor targets and achievements for further planning.

· Track movement of the driver for the parts delivery and payments.

· Finding parts numbers from electronic catalog

· Receiving and checking of parts shipments.

· Coordination with suppliers for parts order and delivery.

· Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

Requirements:

Preferably Male with minimum 2-3 years experience in car spare parts.

Knowledgeable in computer applications.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
