Spare Parts Sales (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end spare parts sales operations, including order processing, pricing coordination, and maintaining accurate system data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and ensure timely replenishment and delivery to dealers.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor pricing to identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Coordinate international shipment arrangements, ensuring accurate export documentation and compliance with relevant trade regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, urgent requests, and special shipment requirements, delivering high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales and market analysis reports, including dealer inventory status and sales performance, to support management decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and cross-functional teams, driving repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3 years of working experience in spare parts or after-sales in the automotive industry.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure and effectively solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Proficient in written and oral communication in Chinese or English.
