Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end spare parts operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs for parts operations, including ordering processes and discrepancy management.
• Prepare and deliver parts training modules for new dealership teams and team members.
• Manage parts catalogue preparation and regular updates.
• Ensure the parts function is fully operational and ready for new workshops/dealerships.
• Plan, monitor and achieve spare parts targets.
• Ensure adherence to government guidelines and statutory requirements related to parts operations, including MRP tagging and applicable scrapping policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, parts availability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales and Service for smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma / Degree/ Mechanical
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in spare parts operations, preferably from the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and parts management processes.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management, parts planning and dealership operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, EVs, two-wheelers or four-wheelers will be preferred.
