Spatial Computing Technology Expert

Responsibilities

Lead the development of technical competitiveness in Huawei's spatial computing domain, achieving a one-generation lead over competitors. Build value propositions and value breakpoints to support spatial computing users in having the best experience in the industry and to ensure the commercial success of products.

1. Technical Direction and Planning Capability: Lead the planning in the spatial computing field, with the ability to deeply understand and anticipate industry technology development trends.
2. Engineering and R&D Capability in Interaction: Lead the implementation of spatial computing-related products, ensuring optimal competitiveness and leading user experience in the industry.
3. Technical Sensitivity: Have a deep understanding of the technological evolution trends in the spatial computing field.
4. Open Collaboration: Continuously integrate into the industry, building influence and authority within the industry.

Professional Knowledge

Research and development in one (or more) of the projects below:

1. Over 5 years of experience in the field of 3D modeling, with successful commercial applications;
2. International perspective, with good interaction with industry experts in the 3D field;
3. Highly sensitive to technology, with experience in leading teams to build industry-leading competitiveness and creating value breakpoints;
4. Able to face challenges head-on, think independently, and demonstrate perseverance.

Service Skill

1. Possess deep technical expertise, leading the development of cutting-edge system technologies in spatial imaging (including 3D reconstruction, spatial computing, spatial intelligence, etc.), and driving innovative user experiences in this field.
2. Have a keen ability to identify and grasp technological directions, staying abreast of the latest advancements in spatial content reconstruction, generation, and intelligence, and having a clear understanding of industry technology trends.
3. Demonstrate openness and collaboration skills, possess an international perspective, and continuously integrate with the industry. Have a high level of influence in this technical field, with preference given to candidates whose related research papers have been cited over 10,000 times and have an H-index of 50 or higher.
4. Possess strong leadership and team-building abilities, capable of guiding teams to break through key technical challenges, breaking down goals and plans, and collaborating with delivery teams to implement product features effectively.

Work Experience Requirements

1. Experience in spatial imaging technologies (including 3D reconstruction, spatial computing, spatial intelligence, etc.), with the ability to grasp the latest technological advancements in this field and to discern industry trends.
2. Be proactive, open-minded, easy to accept and explore new technologies and services, and have good communication skills and resistance to pressure.
