SPEC ADV SOFTWARE ENGINEER

For our client, we are seeking a SPEC ADV SOFTWARE ENGINEER to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the design and development of cloud-native enterprise software that supports critical healthcare operations and customer needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver scalable, high-volume solutions with strong performance, reliability, and quality. A successful hire will bring deep engineering expertise and help advance modern architecture, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities within the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,800 – $196,350 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create software solutions
• Develop new approaches to enhance quality and efficiency in applications
• Implement cloud-based enterprise software utilizing pipeline technologies
• Design and architect software projects effectively
• Support customers in achieving their goals through software services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 10 years of Java/J2EE application development experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 14 years of experience
• Expert-level experience designing, developing, and supporting cloud-native enterprise applications
• Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
• Proven experience delivering high-volume distributed systems in public cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
• Advanced skills in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
