Reports To: Spec-in Part Leader

Position Summary

• Develop customer relations with consultants, developers, architects, and the like.
• Must be knowledgeable in basics of air conditioning/ refrigeration.
• Should have the capability to conduct actual training whether, in-house members, customers, or direct clients.
• Monitor access, spec-in and award results
• Aid in creating spec-in opportunity of new projects from consultants.

KPIs

1. Monitors the BRM Progress

• Monitor and assist sales person’s projects under Access, Spec-in and Award.
• Informs sales group of current status and pushes to hit their target.

2. Provide design assistance to sales on their projects.

• Makes full use of LG’s proprietary software to in the design of air conditioning for various sales projects.
• Must have basic to advance air conditioning knowledge in heat loading. (BSME is a must)

3. Develop customer relations with consultants, developers, architects, etc.

• Will conduct client visitation dependent on projects info acquisition.
• Developing professional relations with engineering clients.

4. Creating spec-in opportunity

• Attends to consultant requirements that will translate to spec-in.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years on the same field or industry.
• Proven experience in HVAC or industrial equipment sales, preferably with chillers.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, refrigeration, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics coordination.
• Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physically fit and willing to travel frequently as part of role requirements.
• Residing within Metro Manila for proximity to key clients and markets.
