Spec Sales Specialist

About the role

Sales position for a laminate importer and distributor in Thailand. The role involves presenting sales and services to clients, including product recommendations to designers, project owners, contractors, and related businesses through various channels such as telephone, email, and other connections.

Key responsibilities

• Present sales and services to clients, including recommending company products to designers, project owners, contractors, and related businesses through various channels
• Schedule meetings with clients to propose products and close sales
• Receive requirements from clients, provide preliminary information, and coordinate related tasks
• Summarize work information and coordinate with the warehouse department to manage stock
• Prepare and coordinate requests for material samples for clients
• Collect and analyze market data and target group needs to plan appropriate sales and services
• Conduct sales operations to achieve KPI targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Build networks with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Monitor, oversee, and manage the team to ensure sales targets are met
• Prepare daily sales reports for management presentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in sales of finishing materials, interior decoration, or related fields with minimum 3 years experience
• Good physical health
• Responsible, honest, and punctual
• Diligent, patient, and passionate about work
• Quick-thinking and able to solve immediate problems
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver's license
