SPEC SOFTWARE DEVT

For our client, we are seeking a SPEC SOFTWARE DEVT to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide an Agile Scrum team in building and supporting scalable software solutions that improve business operations and customer outcomes.

The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, cloud-based applications.

You will also help shape deployment, support, and engineering practices across AWS and private cloud environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,000 – $170,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile Scrum team through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native software solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality systems that meet business needs
• Implement software components based on business requirements and architectural direction
• Establish and enhance deployment and operational strategies for AWS and private cloud environments
• Champion coding standards and development best practices
• Assist in resolving escalated customer support issues with technical expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software development experience
• 7+ years designing and supporting full-stack applications using Java and/or C#
• 5+ years developing modern web applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure
