  • Mentor classroom staff and provide training on behavior management best practices, classroom management skills, and the use of learning technology tools to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, child development or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Valid teaching certification/license for special education or equivalent credentials.
  • Proven experience working with children with disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or sensory impairments in a classroom or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), instructional design, and behavior management strategies.
  • Familiarity with IEP development process, standardized testing procedures, and curriculum adaptation for diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community resources.
  • Ability to manage classroom environments effectively while demonstrating patience and empathy for children’s individual needs. Join us in creating an inclusive educational environment where every child is supported to thrive! We are committed to fostering professional growth through ongoing training in areas such as music therapy, recreational therapy, early intervention techniques, Montessori methods, library services integration, and more—empowering you to deliver impactful educational experiences that inspire lifelong learning.
