Special Education Floating Paraprofessional Position

The special education paraprofessional supports classroom and special education teachers. Under the supervision of a licensed special education teacher, the paraprofessional may assist with classroom management, collecting data, small-group and individual instruction, coaching, monitoring, direction/redirection, and, at times, physical support for students with special needs. This position may look different each day depending on the needs within the building.
