Role DescriptionYou’ll work collaboratively within Special Education Needs (SEN) schools to create supportive, inclusive learning spaces for students with diverse needs.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Working alongside Education Support staff to assist with communication and engagement.
• Following lesson plans and routines while adapting activities to suit individual learning needs
• Supporting students’ growth through hands-on, flexible, and creative teaching approaches

Application Requirements:

• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• A current CV outlining relevant teaching experience
• Contact details of two current, principal-class or mentor referees
