Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs Education or a related field

Minimum Experience: 2 years

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs Education, Special Education, or related subjects
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or SEN support experience
• Fluent in the English language (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices, differentiation strategies, and SEN curriculum standards
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and general computer skills for IEP tracking and administrative purposes
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans and intervention strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs
• Excellent classroom management, patience, and interpersonal skills
