Special Educator

Role & responsibilities :

• Teach and support children with special educational needs.
• Take overall responsibility for children during the assigned shift.
• Plan and conduct activities based on individual developmental needs.
• Monitor childrens learning, behavior, and overall development.
• Maintain individual developmental records and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Senior.
• Prepare weekly work plans and activities for the upcoming week.
• Track individual goals and developmental milestones.
• Coordinate with seniors, and other team members.
• Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and active participation.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality.
• Implement feedback and recommendations provided by the Senior.
