Special Educator – Full Time

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Special Educator to join our team in Karjat, Maharashtra.

Job Location: Karjat, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Karjat.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualised educational support to children with special educational needs.
• Assess children's learning needs and create appropriate learning plans.
• Plan and conduct engaging activities based on each child's abilities and requirements.
• Monitor and document the child's progress regularly.
• Work closely with parents, teachers and other professionals.
• Help children develop academic, social, communication and life skills.
• Maintain proper records and reports of the child's development.
• Create a safe, supportive and positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Relevant certification in Special Education such as RCI-recognised qualification preferred.
• Previous experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring and responsible approach towards children.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Karjat is mandatory.
