Special Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educator to join our team at a reputed school located near Sector-83, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will specialize in teaching children with physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities. As a Special Educator, you will be responsible for developing tailored teaching plans that meet the unique needs of each student. You will collaborate closely with parents and support staff to assess students' progress and help them achieve important learning milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Assess children's skills and learning requirements to create effective Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs). - Instruct groups of students with mild to moderate disabilities, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive. - Monitor children's behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions when necessary. - Collaborate with parents and school staff to track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed. - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
