Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing courteous and professional valet services with enthusiasm and positive energy
• Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, manual transmissions, and assist with vehicle parking in designated areas during special events
• Manage outdoor work environments confidently, ensuring all vehicles are handled carefully and securely throughout the event duration
• Process cash transactions accurately for valet parking fees, maintaining proper cashiering procedures and retail math principles
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle retrievals efficiently and address any special requests or concerns
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving or retrieving vehicles, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain organized records of vehicle keys, parking logs, and cash handling documentation to ensure accountability and smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles, ideally within a dealership or automotive setting
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
• Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance
• Experience in valet parking, automotive service, or related customer-facing roles preferred
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity associated with vehicle movement and outdoor work tasks
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures, cashiering, retail math, and processing cash transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
