Special Events Executive

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a creative, professional, and well-presented Special Events Executive to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of private and special events.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and manage private and special events from concept to execution.

* Develop creative and innovative event ideas based on client needs.

* Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and event teams.

* Supervise on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution.

* Deal confidently and professionally with guests, clients, and the public.

* Support event coverage and basic content creation for social media platforms.

* Negotiate with suppliers and service providers.

* Handle last-minute changes and challenges with patience, flexibility, and professionalism.

Requirements

* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.

* Good command of the English language.

* Intermediate knowledge and experience in social media.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

* Patient, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.

* Flexible with working hours based on event schedules.

* Willing and able to relocate to Riyadh.

* Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.

* Confident in dealing with different types of audiences and clients.

We are looking for someone who is creative, flexible, presentable, people-oriented, and passionate about the events industry.

Pay: E£30,519.73 - E£50,507.79 per month
