Minimum Qualifications: We are currently looking for experienced Special Inspectors (ACI, ICC, AWS certified) (NYS PE or RA Preferred) to perform various NYC DOB mandated inspections during the construction activities on various government buildings in the NYC. Several types of inspections required are: Masonry Concrete Cast In Place Structural Steel Bolting Welding Wall Panels, Curtain wall Structural Stability Post-Installed Anchors Fire Resistance Mechanical Systems Heating Systems Energy Code Compliance Deep Foundation Elements $30-60.00 per hour
