How You’ll Make an Impact

• Observe reinforced concrete, masonry, and structural steel work in progress to ensure the work conforms with the relevant requirements.
• Build strong relationships with on-site superintendents/foremen and subs by acting as a collaborative partner to solve challenges.
• Document the work observed to provide the clear, professional reporting our clients rely on.

What You Bring to the Team

• Credentials: You hold a current ICC Reinforced Concrete certification and are registered with the City of San Diego. (Bonus points if you have ICC Post-Tension or Structural Masonry)
• Skills: You can read a blueprint like a map, communicate clearly with project managers and worksite personnel, and handle basic tech (Email/MS Word) with ease.
• Drive: You have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
