Special Project Associate

The Special Project Associate is responsible for monitoring and cleaning up online marketplaces based on client requirements. The role focuses on enforcing the client’s online retail policies by identifying, policing, and addressing violations committed by both authorized and unauthorized sellers.

The associate communicates directly with sellers via email to issue violation notices and ensure compliance. They continuously monitor seller activity, track trends and recurring violation patterns, and take appropriate enforcement actions to prevent repeat offenses.

This position also involves direct communication with U.S.-based clients and collaboration with internal teams to align on enforcement tools, reporting, and monitoring updates to ensure consistent and effective marketplace compliance.
