What they need
Position Title: Special Projects and Implementation Associate
Employment Type: Full-time (US Time)
Work Environment/Job Location: Remote
Business Summary: Infinite Equity is an independent professional services firm that enables companies to unlock the value of their equity programs. We deliver a wide range of technical expertise in helping design equity programs, equity administration, award valuation, accounting, performance tracking, and employee education.
Job Summary: The Special Projects and Implementation Associate supports the data and systems side of equity administration; building platform instances, driving plan strategy and navigating unique client requirements during platform implementations. This position requires a combination of organizational and technical skills to build E*TRADE and Shareworks implementations from the ground up. The Associate will build and validate data files, map and migrate award data and support multiple workstreams across each project. Attention to detail and broad systems knowledge are essential to guiding client success through the system configuration process. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow while developing deep technical expertise in equity compensation.
The ideal candidate will build deep technical fluency in stock plan administration systems and data, working closely with senior consultants across multiple concurrent client projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
System Implementations & Data Migrations
- Support end-to-end E*TRADE (Equity Edge Online) and Shareworks implementations, including data mapping, file conversions, and system configuration tasks.
- Assist in migrating award-level data between legacy systems and target platforms, ensuring data lineage is documented and reconciled.
- Prepare and validate import files (e.g., grant, vesting, and valuation data) against each system's data format and field specifications.
Project & Client Support
- Partner with senior consultants to manage project plans, coordinate with internal stakeholders and drive deliverables on tight deadlines.
- Communicate with clients for scheduling and coordination throughout project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear documentation of data mapping logic, assumptions, and flagged issues for internal review and client communication.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent client projects and deadlines.
- Research, implement, and monitor process improvements and internal tooling that increase the speed and accuracy of recurring data and systems work.
Required:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong reading comprehension and command of written English
- Experience in Equity Edge Online (E*TRADE) and/or Shareworks.
- Foundational understanding of equity award types (e.g., RSUs, performance share awards, stock options, ESPP).
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and comfort managing large datasets (10,000+ rows).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects from assignment through delivery
- Ability to adapt to shifting client priorities and operational needs
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with formal project management methods or tools
- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation, or progress toward one, is a plus but not required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 1–3 years of experience or training in stock plan administration, equity compensation, financial operations, or project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary
- Mandatory government benefits including 13th month pay and 14th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Employee Ownership Plan
- Additional fringe benefits/allowances
- HMO coverage up to 2 dependents
- Paid time-off (vacation, sick, maternal/paternal leave)
- Follows Philippine holidays
- Annual Company retreat
- Flexible working environment
- Work from home set-up
- Work equipment provided by the Company
