Special Projects Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Special Projects Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on driving high-priority operational initiatives from planning through execution in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will bring structure to complex work, coordinate stakeholders across teams, and help ensure critical priorities stay on track. It is well suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and building operational cadence that improves execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution by creating clear workplans and timelines
• Run critical workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and progress stays visible
• Create operational clarity through trackers, meeting cadences, and communication rhythms
• Support structured problem-solving by breaking down complex issues
• Coordinate across teams to surface risks and resolve blockers
• Apply AI and emerging technology to enhance execution

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations
• Highly structured and detail-oriented
• Ability to drive execution in ambiguous environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Energized by problem-solving and operational challenges
• Good judgment in navigating independent and escalatory actions
• Desire to grow as an operator and work on consequential priorities
