Special Representative

1. Position Purpose

Support the implementation of V-Green’s business strategies, plans, and initiatives in the Philippines, while directly monitoring market developments and operational activities of V-Green Philippines.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor business plans and strategic initiatives in the Philippines as assigned.
• Monitor work progress and the effectiveness of implementation across key activities.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and working sessions with senior management, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders in Vietnam and the Philippines.
• Consolidate, analyze, and provide regular updates on business activities, project progress, key issues, and market opportunities in the Philippines.
• Identify issues arising during implementation and propose appropriate solutions and courses of action.
• Follow up and drive the progress of key projects, programs, and strategic initiatives in the Philippines.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, working documents, and other materials for management and decision-making purposes.
• Conduct research on the Philippine market, regulatory landscape, business environment, and other factors that may impact V-Green’s development in the market.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by senior management.

3. Requirements

• Vietnamese citizen, willing and able to relocate to the Philippines and work full-time on a long-term basis.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in business development, project management, external affairs, investment, operations, market development, or related fields.
• Experience working in a large corporation, multinational company, or international business environment is preferred.
• Fluent English, with strong proficiency in professional communication, business discussions, presentations, negotiations, and report writing.
• Strong ability to work directly with senior management, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information synthesis skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable, decisive, and highly accountable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to an international and multicultural working environment.
• Willing to travel within the Philippines as required by business needs.
