Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesAuditing legal fees
• Preparing reports for investors on delinquent loans
• Tracking and managing foreclosure cases
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs throughout the foreclosure process
• Working with the Technology team to automate repetitive tasks
• Processing refunds for duplicate payments
• Maintaining accurate Protective Advance records
• Ensuring a smooth and accurate invoicing process
• Supporting reconciliations with the Accounting team
• Coordinating urgent payments to keep the foreclosure process running smoothly
• Analyzing loans with significant losses
• Coordinating with attorneys on deficiency collections
• Collaborating with the Payoff team to ensure payoff figures are accurate

Qualifications

• Candidate ProfileEducation: Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong academic track record.

Required Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; professional working proficiency is required.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Industry Interest: Strong interest in the real estate sector and an understanding of broader macroeconomic trends.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling, projections, and stress-testing capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Dedicated problem solver with a “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
