Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning Management (Internal & External Plant)
• Greening Management (Plant Internal & External)
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Facility Internal Administrative Affairs & Chinese interpreter
• Vendor Management

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Major in Finance , Accounting , Business Administration , Environmental Engineering, Industrial Management or a related major is preferred.
• From 0 years of experience. Experience in data entry management, maintenance planning, document preparation and control, administration, or warehouse management is preferred.

Skills

• Good reading, writing, and communication skills in Chinese (knowledge of English is an advantage )
• A good understanding of ISO 9001, iso 14001, is0 14644, iso 50001.
• Relevant software can be used to manage the receipt and dispatch of spare parts
• Ability in using CMMS/Oracle software for maintenance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

• Working in a standard office/production environment. Works in a standard office/manufacturing environment
• Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, leadership, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work
