Work Arrangement: Hybrid Responsibilities What You'll Do: Responsible for performing a broad range of complex accounting functions with lead responsibility for accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign transaction codes to documents and ensure documents processed are in the appropriate accounting period.
• Post, balance, and close ledgers.
• Process and input inventory transactions within software, various inventory reconciliations, and the accuracy and integrity of inventory values and transactions.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts receivable customers.
• Analyze and verify internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents; makes adjustments.
• Communicate with internal and/or external customers as needed.

Qualifications Education & Credentials:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with related course work after high school and job-related training, or Associate's degree.

Experience

• 3 - 5 years of general accounting and related financial experience.
• Proficient in the use of PC and mainframe accounting systems.

Technical Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
