Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLMs & GenAI)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Drive MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Architect and manage AI infrastructure on AWS.
• Lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute to AI strategy.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
• Strong Python programming and ML/DL expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
• Experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B, DVC).
• Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem and model deployment.

Preferred

• Master's/PhD in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with vector databases, distributed training, Terraform/CDK, and AI safety frameworks.
• Prior experience in product-based or startup environments.
