Specialist, Card Personalization

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the timely updating of cards, collaterals, and rewards voucher Inventory Report.
• Assists Card Personalization Management Head to effectively carry out the receiving and processing of cards and vouchers and maintaining a high level of security, control and integrity of the process.
• Handles coordination of cards for rush embossing.
• Handles daily uploading of vendor output files in CVTS.
• Ensures output files tally with the physical cards received.
• Manages the daily receipt of newly personalized cards from the vendor.
• Validates completeness of physical cards received vs vendor acknowledgement receipt vs vendor output files.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• 1 year work related experience in Card Production / Releasing or Vendor Management, preferred
• Has adequate knowledge on inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and AI
