Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations

Job Purpose: 'To sustain superior client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support Products like Trade, GBO, CMS, etc in line with Customer's requirement. To provide timely support to all Business & External stakeholders and to manage their requirements, which should be in tandem with internal process guidelines. To assist and support Team Managers /Leads & Senior Lead to achieve organisational goals as per KPI. To avoid any financial and reputational risk to the bank. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform data capture and validation in the Client Relationship Management system.
• Uphold the highest standards of control, always keeping data integrity in mind while carrying out day-to-day tasks.
• Stay relevant with the latest regulatory, policy and procedural requirements.
• Take ownership of relevant procedural documentation and ensure procedures are updated on a timely basis.
• Escalate higher risk matters or regulatory questions to the Financial Crime Compliance team.
• Provide support for any regulatory related, audit, review requirements.
• To prepare and conduct training on client maintenance processes as required.
• Deliver continuous process improvements, in view of the changing operating and regulatory environment.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Any Stream

PG in Any Stream

Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Banking with a good understanding of General banking operations/KYC/Trade Finanace/CMS.
