About The Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle OIC & VBCS Solution Architect to lead enterprise integration and Oracle SaaS extension initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Fusion applications, and API architecture . The ideal candidate will drive solution design, integration governance, technical mentoring, and customer engagement across Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

Job Description The architect will define enterprise integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud and design complex integrations involving Oracle Fusion applications, third-party platforms, and legacy systems. The role covers application-driven, scheduled, event-driven, B2B, API-led, and hybrid cloud integrations, along with modernization initiatives from SOA/OSB to OIC.

The position also involves designing VBCS applications and Oracle Fusion extensions, establishing UI/UX and security standards, and developing reusable application components. The architect will lead technical reviews, guide implementation teams, engage with clients, and support solutioning, estimations, and architecture presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise integration architecture and governance using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Design and oversee integrations across Oracle Fusion, third-party, and legacy applications.
• Architect REST/SOAP integrations, API-led solutions, event-driven workflows, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Design Oracle VBCS applications for Fusion extensions, custom business applications, and self-service portals.
• Establish reusable VBCS components, business objects, service connections, security frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Lead Oracle Fusion extensibility initiatives using VBCS, OIC, and Fusion REST APIs.
• Drive SOA/OSB modernization, architecture reviews, technical governance, and development best practices.
• Mentor technical teams, conduct client workshops, support presales activities, and present architecture recommendations to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of overall experience , including 6–8 years in Oracle integration technologies and 2–4 years in Oracle VBCS development and solution architecture. They should have experience designing enterprise-grade OIC integrations, leading Oracle Fusion integration and extension workstreams, and governing VBCS applications integrated with Fusion REST APIs. Strong consulting, customer engagement, technical leadership, and delivery governance skills are essential.
